Paste SKUs/VPNs to pull the tile data (Description, MSRP, Discounted MSRP, MC U) from Piro and match each SKU's photo from the Jewelry Images Shared Drive — download a print-ready Excel with the tile grid and real photos already in place. A plain data CSV is still available if you'd rather paste into the template by hand.

SKUs / VPNs to pull

Paste one per line or comma-separated — order is kept as RANK. Auto-uppercased as you type.

How this works

Text data — VPN, Description, MSRP, Discounted MSRP, MC U — comes straight from Piro.

Photos are matched from the Jewelry Images Shared Drive by VPN (case-insensitive). The Photo column in the table below shows the result for every row, not just problems — green "Photo Found" means a clean match. If a SKU has more than one photo (different angles), the lowest-numbered one is used automatically and it shows "Photo Found (multiple)" so you can double-check it's the right shot. A SKU flagged No Photo means nothing matching that VPN was found in the Shared Drive this tool can search — that tile ships blank rather than guessing. Since the drive can hold files outside what's synced from the NAS, a "No Photo" result is worth a quick check directly inside the Jewelry Images Shared Drive (not Google's global search box, which searches everywhere in your Drive, not just this one) before assuming the sync is missing something.

Download Excel (with Photos) builds a fresh file with the same 3-per-row tile layout as the real template — VPN/Description/MSRP/Discounted MSRP/MC U plus the matched photo, ready to print. It doesn't touch or reuse your actual `.xlsm` template.

MSRP = Piro Retail Price, Discounted MSRP = Piro MD Retail, MC U = Piro Metal Component — all confirmed against live data.

Edits you make in the table are session-only — nothing is saved back to the database, so re-generating clears them.
